The software has been tested on our systems, but if it proves to be defective within your particular environment you will be fully liable for any consequences. Third Creation Limited will not be liable to you or any other third parties for consequential damage of any kind in relation to the use of this software. You download and install this software entirely at your own risk.

Third Creation Limited provides no guarantees in relation to functionality, performance or consequences to your particular computer system in relation to this product. We hope that you do not encounter any problems with the software and welcome your feedback via email (darren@my-life-coach.co.uk).

You must not make any modifications to the program including reverse-engineering.

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will mean immediate termination of this license.
